As part of our efforts to strengthen member engagement and feedback, we have launched an Online Members Satisfaction Survey to better understand your level of satisfaction with services provided by staff and the club’s facilities.

We are also trying new approaches to make it easier for your voice to be heard. You can access this survey from the convenience of your mobile phone, or any device with access to the internet. Simply go to the URL link below and you can do the survey in the comfort of your home, and at a time of your convenience. This survey will take approximately 10 minutes to complete, and we hope to hear from you!

In addition, when you visit the club, you will also notice that there are some new iPads at the club at the Main Lobby, as well as near the Golfers’ Terrace. These iPads are also part of our efforts to try new ways to hear from you, and you may use these iPads to do the Members Satisfaction Survey, as well as an all-new initiative of an On-site Smiley Survey, where you can rate your experience at the club. Simply pick the expression which best describes your day’s experience at the club.

We hope that these new initiatives will strengthen our connection with you, and help us continue our journey to improve our services and facilities to make Sembawang Country Club a premier golfing and country club.
